Pedagogy

ABVSME adopts a multi-pronged approach in its teaching pedagogy. The method is developed keeping in mind the dynamic nature of the business environment. The School enables the students to be relevant in different situations and circumstances and equips them with skills to solve any problem.

At ABVSME, we understand that the business environment is becoming more volatile and uncertain. The School, therefore, is committed to revising, improvising, and reinventing the skills that are taught to the students and the teaching pedagogy that is followed.

At ABVSME, the students are groomed with specialized subjects and skills; the projects and assignments help the management students keep track of the latest and upcoming trends in the business world and help them understand their impact and the problems they might encounter in these new and upcoming fields.

The faculty develops and delivers the course contents and tries to achieve the course objectives actively using the following methods:

  • Structured Lectures and teaching, with high modern methodology
  • Guest Lectures by the master in the field
  • Panel Discussions involving eminent academics and industry leaders
  • Workshops & Seminars
  • Case Studies & Hands - on Training
  • Project Assignments
  • Role Playing
  • Business Games
  • Industry Visits
  •
This approach to teaching pedagogy makes the learning process at ABVSME holistic in nature as it covers both theoretical learning and the application of different theories and concepts to real-world issues.
