* Note: This registration fee includes accommodation (double occupancy hostel rooms at IIT Delhi) and food at IIT Delhi. Accommodation will not be provided to participants from NCR.

# Note: Faculty members, scientists, and industry participants are requested to arrange their own accommodation. A list of recommended hotels is provided for convenience.

Spot registration (during the conference) would require additional payment of ₹2000 for each category.

Please follow the steps below to complete the registration fee payment:

  1. Visit the payment portal: https://payjnu.in/
  2. Select the “Others/Alumni” option. Provide the required credentials and verify using the OTP.
  3. Choose Category: Conference/Seminar.
  4. Select Sub-category: Registration Fees.
  5. Choose SPS-QMAT2026 (01-04-2026 to 10-07-2026) and fill in the required information. Upload the Abstract Acceptance Email in PDF, JPG, or PNG format in the designated file upload section. (If the upload fails, you may skip this section and continue)
  6. After completing the payment, save the Payment ID or UTR number, as it will be required during the registration process.
  7. In case anyone faces difficulty while making the payment through the payjnu portal, they may alternatively transfer the registration fee directly to the following bank account and send the payment receipt to qmat2026@gmail.com.

Note: Candidates who wish to register without submitting an abstract (i.e., attending the conference without presenting a paper) may proceed directly with registration.
