Call for application to participate in a workshop on constitutional law and political history being organised by Centre for the Study of Law and Governance (CSLG), JNU in collaboration with Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR), Azim Premji University. &nbsp; The 2 hour workshop is designed around CLPR’s website <a href="http://cadindia.clpr.org.in">http://cadindia.clpr.org.in </a> which curates, tags and presents the Constituent Assembly Debates (CAD) and Indian constitutional history in an interactive and engaging digital format. The workshop aims to introduce students to the CAD, emphasise the relevance of these historical materials for civic citizenship in India today, help them identify relevant debates on contemporary issues, and develop a critical perspective on the constitution making process. &nbsp; The workshop is open to MA and MPhil-PhD students of JNU. We have limited seats. Please register by sending an email to cadebates.workshop@gmail.com with the following information:&nbsp; &nbsp; The workshop will be held on <strong>17th August, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm</strong> at Conference Room, Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, JNU. &nbsp; IMPORTANT: Participants will be required to bring in a laptop for the workshop.
