Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the project entitled “Investigation of Optical and Magnetic Properties of Some Transition Metal Doped Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors for Spintronic Applications” funded by SERB-DST under the supervision of Dr. Kedar Singh, School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
Essential Qualification: The applicant must have M.Sc in Physics from a recognized University/Institute with CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE qualification (attach a copy of the scorecard).
Age limit: Must not be over 28 years as on 05 February, 2018, which is relaxable for certain reserved categories as per rules of Government of India.
Fellowship/Salary: As per DST norms, Rs. 25,000/- p.m. plus HRA as permissible.
Duration: The selected candidate will be appointed on purely temporary basis, initially for a period of one year and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance. The position is co-terminus with the project.
