Applications are invited for a post of Project Associate-I to work in the project entitled “Development of Multifunctional Iridium(III)-Platinum(IV) Conjugates as Anticancer Theranostic Agents” funded by the SERB, DST under the supervision of Dr. Pijus Kumar Sasmal, School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
Essential Qualification: The applicant must have an M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. The relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD and women candidates as per the norms of Govt. of India.
Desirable Qualification: Candidate with NET/GATE qualification will be preferred. Candidates with experience in the synthesis of organic and inorganic compounds are highly desired.
Fellowship: Rs. 38,440/- per month (consolidated).
Duration: The selected candidate will be appointed on purely temporary basis initially for one year and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum period of three years.
Age limit: 35 years
