The students are free to choose any one of the four slots for writing the exam.
Registrations for the courses for Monsoon semester close on the
14th of August [for new students]
31st of July [for continuing students]
In order to determine each student's specific English Language needs, Diagnostic tests are conducted by the Linguistic Empowerment Cell. These tests are compulsory and DO NOT affect your enrollment in the course. Remember, with the Linguistic Empowerment Cell, ANYONE can register!
This year, the diagnostic tests will be conducted three times in the beginning of the semester. So, if you miss a date, you can take the test on a later one. A student willing to register for the courses needs to take the test ONLY ONCE. So choose a date, and we hope to see you then!
Enroll in three steps:
Step 1: Register with an email to linguistic.e.c@gmail.com mentioning your Name, Center, Program (MA/MSc/MPhil/PhD), Category (SC/ST/OBC/GEN) and Contact number.
Step 2: Appear for a Diagnostic Test on 3rd January or 10th January 2015 from 10 AM to 1 PM in Linguistic Empowerment Cell, Old CRS Complex, JNU
Step 3: Please collect your copy of LEC Brochure at the time of Registration.
