All applications have to be generated via the IBKP online portal (https://ibkp.dbtindia.gov.in/Login/Login) and submitted to the IBSC for consideration. The IBSC will meet at least twice in a year, or more if required, to review all the received applications. Based on the comments for clarifications/revisions, and accordingly, the applicants must submit a revised application for approval.
