- Monitoring of the working of cultural committee and cultural clubs.
- Work related to the seminars, workshops, cultural events, etc organised by IHA.
- Liaison with Horticultural and Security wing (beautification of hostel premises and CCTV cameras for hostels).
- Preparation of Annual Report – ADOS-III portfolio.
- Monitoring the proposal of new building for IHA.
- Work related to other units under IHA, such as NSS, Sports, etc.
- Any other matter referred by Dean of Students.
