MEMBERSHIP:

1. Membership of the Club shall be open to the members of the faculty. This includes full time ,part time and ad-hoc membership of the faculty.

2. The membership fee shall be 500/- per calendar year.

3. The membership fees deductable at source shall be payable by 31st January every year.

4. Each member shall be issued a membership card renewal every year by 15th February.

 

OFFICE BEARERS:

Dependents of member of the Faculty Club  may avail of the facilities of the Club while accompanying them

The Vice –Chancellor shall be the Patron of the Faculty Club Ex-officio.

The executive committee , to be elected by the General Body , shall consist of 5 members comprising the following :

  1. President
    Vice –President 
    Secretary
    Joint Secretary
    Treasure

The Executive Committee shall hold office for a period of two years.

 

FACILITIES:

The Faculty Club shall try to develop the following:

- Catering at confessional rates 
- Indoor and Outdoor Games
- Cultural activities
- Other extra –moral activities.
