2.    The engagement of the Part Time Counselor shall be purely on part time basis for a period of one year which may be extended further.
3.    Upon selection, the Part time Counselor shall be required to attend to the patients of Health Centre as per the time schedule decided by the Chief Medical Officer of the University.
4.    They may be required to attend patients at other places in the University premises during their shift, if directed so by the Chief Medical Officer.
5.    The Part time Doctors/Specialists shall be governed by the rules and regulations in force in the University from time to time.

Laboratory Attendant: One post

Essential Qualification-: 1) XII-std. pass in Science OR X-std. pass from any recognized Central/ State Board with Science as one of the subjects and skill certificate programme in Laboratory Technology. 2) At least 1 year experience in a government laboratory with experience in office/ lab cleaning and maintenance, washing of glassware, water distillation, autoclaving, discard, tip-box preparation etc. will be preferred.

Desirable Qualification-: Candidates with 10 years or more laboratory experience will be preferred. Besides, she/he is expected to maintain records and handle other official paperwork as entrusted to them from time to time.

Salary: Rs. 18,000 + 27% HRA per month OR as per DBT norms.

Nature and tenure of the position: The position is purely temporary in nature and subject to availability of funds. However, if the fellow’s progress is unsatisfactory, he/she may be terminated from the project anytime.

JRF: One post

Essential Qualification-: Candidate should have an M.Sc. degree in any branch of Life Sciences with a good academic record and research experience in in molecular biological methods used in the study of yeast/ fungal biology. Candidates without wet lab experience in handling yeast/ fungal cultures and who do not meet these essential qualifications will not be considered. The candidate should necessarily have qualified the GATE/ CSIR-UGC NET-LS/JRF or equivalent exam.

Desirable Qualification: Candidates with laboratory experience of at least 1 year in techniques such as cloning, extraction of RNA and DNA, RT-PCR, and enzyme assays in addition to the above mentioned essential qualifications would be preferred.

Salary: Rs. 37,000 + 27% HRA per month OR as per DBT norms.

Applications are invited for the post of Project Fellow (one post) in the DST-sponsored Project entitled “Development of antiferroelectric thin-film capacitors with high energy storage density, fast discharge speed, and high-temperature stability”.

Essential Qualifications: The applicant must have an M.Sc. degree in Physics with a minimum of 55 % marks. Additionally, the candidate should have at least one year of experimental work experience in the Physics/Materials Science laboratory.

Desirable Qualifications: Candidates having previous experience in the synthesis and characterization of thin films/ceramics and having relevant publications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Fellowship: Rs. 20,000/- (consolidated)

Duration: The post is co-terminus with the project, and the selected candidate will be appointed on a purely temporary basis initially for a period of one year, which will be renewed, based on satisfactory performance as determined by the PI of the project.

Applications are invited from interested candidates for ONE post of Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) on a purely temporary basis for an ICMR Sponsored Project No. 2021-13818/SCR/ADHOC-BMS entitled "Identification and Characterization of Cancer Stem Cell Heterogeneity in Head and Neck Cancer Patients and Their Response to Chemotherapy and Radiation: A Prospective Study".

1. Senior Research Fellow (One) Rs. 35000/- + 27% HRA

Essential Qualification:
•    Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Chemical Sciences or equivalent subject with strong academic record. The student qualified
•    NET-LS/GATE will be given preference.
•    Candidates should have at least 2 years' research experience and preference will be given to meritorious students.
•    The candidate should have research experience in mammalian cell culture, animal handling, medicinal chemistry and drug discovery.

The Position is completely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The fellowship will be as per sanction in the project and/or as per The initial appointment may be for three months or as per recommendation of the selection committee, which can be extended on the basis of assessment of the candidate's performance and discretion of the Competent Authority. The eligible candidates may further be shortlisted based on the qualification/experience depending on the total number of applications received.
