Abstract: Messages contain latent meanings. In the communication process, the effective messages are those which are able to communicate to the receivers irrespective of their cultural and situational barriers. Such types of effective messages are very much required for crisis communication in order to prevent any panic situation. Drafting and communicating effective messages require some skills, which would be discussed during this special lecture by the expert who has worked extensively in the field.
