University Grants Commission has approved financial assistance to Special Centre for Molecular Medicine at Jawaharlal Nehru University under Special Assistance Programme (SAP, DRS-II).
Applications are invited for the following purely temporary positions under UGC-Special Assistance Programme (UGC-SAP, DRS-II) at Special Centre for Molecular Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
The consolidated salary of the appointed Project Fellows will be Rs. 14,000/- + HRA per month as per the rules & regulations of the UGC-SAP scheme, applicable. The initial appointment will be for one year and will be annually extended based on satisfactory performance of the fellow.
Essential Qualifications:
· Second class Masters Degree or equivalent with minimum 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) in biological sciences.
· Knowledge of basic instruments commonly used in biological research and computer application is desirable.
· The candidate should be below the age of 40 years at the time of appointment.
