Applications are invited for a position of a RA in School of Physical Sciences, under the supervision of Shankar Prasad Das (PI), Professor,School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi 110067.

The area of research will be Active matter hydrodynamics using models ofstatistical physics.  The research is supported by the JC Bose grant (DST) of the PI.

Total emoluments for this position will be Rs40000/- pm (fixed)+House Rent Allowance if entitled.

Eligibility: First class M.Sc. degree in Physics with consistently good academic record and a Ph.D. Degree.  Applicant must have previous experience of research in field of theoretical Statistical Physics at acceptable standard.
