Applications are invited from citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position in a DST-sponsored fellowship project undertaken in the School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi 110067. This position is temporary: for a maximum period of three years and tenable only for the duration of the project. The requisite qualifications and experience are specified below.
Project Title : J.C. Bose Fellowship
Funding Agency : Department of Science and Technology (DST)
Principal Investigator : Prof. Sanjay Puri
Position : Research Assistant (One post)
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 20,000 per month
Qualifications and Experience :
- M.Sc. in Physics with at least 55 percent marks.
- At least 3 years research experience in computational statistical physics.
