organises 2-Day National Workshop

Discover the timeless play of the Mahabharata in our day-to-day lives, through a process involving Yoga, Theatre and Process Work

December 24th & 25th, 2018

9am-5:30pm, Conference Hall, SS&IS, JNU

A nominal registration fee for attending the workshop is Rs 500 for students and Rs 1000 for faculty members.

Lunch and tea will be provided. On successful completion of the workshop, certificates will be issued to participants.

Day 1:

9:00-10:00AM - Introductions & Inaugural by

The Importance of Myth in our everyday lives

10:00AM-11:00PM - Theater and Contemplative exercises using music and drawing

11:00-12:00PM - Setting the context for the exploration of the Pandavas within

12:00-1:00PM - Working Lunch

1:00-4:30 PM - Exploration of the 5 Pandavas through Theater

4.30-5:30PM - Consolidation + Checkout for the Day

Day 2:

9:00-10:00AM - Check-in statements + Discussion of any reflections from Day 1

10:00AM- 3:00PM - Further Exploration of the Pandavas through Archetypal storytelling. (1 hour Lunch break included)

3:00-4:00PM - Introduction of Draupadi and Karna archetypes.

4:00-5:00PM - Board game of Functional and Dysfunctional expressions of the Pandava archetypes.

5:00-5:30PM - Closing Circle.
